Fresh cooked hand-picked lobster meat. Lobster 207s C/K meat is just what you need. Whether it is in a bowl drizzled with butter or for salads, lobster rolls, pasta sauces and just about anything else.
C/K (claw and knuckle only) is available in 2 lb. vacuum-packed bags. Harvested from pristine Maine waters, our succulent lobster meat is cooked and prepared by hand. With a fresh-from-the-sea taste, our frozen lobster meat is ready to eat, with absolutely no preservatives.

Have you been longing for that perfect Maine lobster roll? There’s a few ways that we’ve seen people enjoy our Maine lobsters, and we love them all! Wether it’s with mayonnaise or hot melted butter, with lettuce or without – you’re going to love these.
Cut lobster meat into bit sized chunks.
Mix into a bowl with a little bit of mayonnaise, lemon juice and pinch of salt.
On a skillet, brush top and sides of bun with butter. Place them flat side down and toast, flipping halfway through to get both sides perfectly golden brown (roughly 3 minutes).
Place the meat in the bun and enjoy!
