Sometimes, out in the deep ocean waters, lobsters may lose one of their claws. We call these culls or pistols. They are the same as any other fresh, sweet Maine Lobster, just missing an arm and a claw. Culls will have meatier bodies to compensate for the missing claw. Please keep in mind these lobsters are all different sizes… when culls are not available we will substitute with 2 claw lobsters – don’t worry you will still receive the correct total weight!
