Have you been longing for that perfect Maine lobster roll? There’s a few ways to enjoy our Maine lobsters, and we love them all! With mayonnaise or hot melted butter, with lettuce or without – either way you’re going to love these.
Cut lobster meat into bit sized chunks.
Mix into a bowl with a little bit of mayonnaise, lemon juice and pinch of salt.
On a skillet, brush top and sides of bun with butter. Place them flat side down and toast, flipping halfway through to get both sides perfectly golden brown (roughly 3 minutes).
Place the meat in the bun and enjoy!
