Live Lobster Cooking Instructions
Your package will contain Live Lobster that was hand selected, special, to fill your order. It is advised that they are cooked on the day of delivery.
Please DO NOT put them in water without proper salinity and temperature control or they will die. It is best to leave them in the original packaging and slide into the refrigerator or store in a cool place until ready to cook.
If you find it impossible to eat them today, it’s okay! Cook them as directed, refrigerate (put in an air-tight container to prevent dehydration) and eat them within three days. Boil them in unsalted water for three minutes to reheat. Enjoy!
- Use 1/4 cup salt per gallon of water
- Bring to rolling boil
- Add lobster & cover
- Return to rolling boil
- Then time 18 minutes.
- Serve with hot melted butter!
